Pyramid
Ice, which is Malaysia's largest indoor ice-skating rink.
In
the early days ice skating was a mere tool for transportation
over ice lakes and ponds. Bones were used and soon developed
into wooden blades and subsequently metal. Nobody really
knows where it all started, but history points to Scandinavia
after which it spread to England, Austria, Germany, Holland
and than to North America. Now, it is a world renowned sport
enjoyed by people of all ages around the world. Immense
media exposure is generated by the amateur & professional
competitions where World & Olympic Champions are named. |
