Day
1 >>
Depart from Kota Kinabalu and travel 2 hours to Kinabalu Park.
Visit Mountain Garden to see rare collection of mountain plants
and flowers, watch video presentation at the park's exhibition
hall and explore one of the nature trails in the park. Overnight
Wildlife Mountain Lodge. Your lunch and dinner are included.
Day 2 >>
You will transfer to the Park Headquarter and register for the
climb. The climb will pass through different vegetation zone starting
with the Montane Oak, Rhododendrons and Conifer Forest and the
Ultra Basic Zone. You will overnight at Laban Rata Resthouse with
basic facility. Your breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.
Day 3 >>
At 3.00pm, you will continue the climb to arrive at summit at
4101 metres before sunrise. You can enjoy the spectacular view
from the highest mountain in South East Asia. Return to base by
mid afternoon. After that, you will transfer back to your hotel
in Kota Kinabalu. Your breakfast and lunch are included. |
