Start
at 2.00pm, pick you up from your hotel and drive to the Famed
Agnes Keith's house that has been recently restored to its formal
glory and is now a museum. You can learn more about life in the
colonial days for Agnes and Harry Keith who was the first conservator
of the Forestry Department in Sabah who had been instrumental
in the formation of Sepilok Orang Utan Centre. Agnes Keith has
written many books on early life in Sabah during her stay in this
house before the war. Her books had since become part of Sabah's
history. Your afternoon tea and Scones can proceed to the nearby
English Tea House and Restaurant, in the same setting as Agnes
Keith's days. Enjoy the tranquil surrounding and the spectacular
view of Sandakan town or play a game of croquet before transfer
you back to your hotel by 5.00pm. |
