Day
1 >>
You will be pick up from your hotel and take a short flight to
Brunei Darussalam. You will visit the Water Village where these
traditional houses on stilts are home to about 30,000 people.
Proceed upstream to explore the nearby mangroves. Stop first at
the riverside tomb of the 18th Sultan, then cruise the narrow
channels looking for wildlife. Photograph the Sultan's Palace
at sunset and you will be transfer back to hotel. You will overnight
at Orchid Garden Hotel or Empire Hotel.
Day 2 >>
You will transfer to jetty in Bandar Seri Begawan to board a local
water taxi to Bangar town via a network of waterways. Upon arrival,
transfer to Batang Duri, an Iban village for morning tea as well
as a nature briefing. Continue upriver by long boat through the
Temburong River rapids to Ulu Temburong National Park. You can
explore the network of elevated walkways where you will see a
wide variety of insects, flora and fauna. Cross the suspension
bridge, and climb the canopy walkway to above the tree tops. You
will return to the river and enjoy lunch by the riverside. Return
by longboat and water taxi to Bandar Seri Begawan. After that,
you will be transfer back to hotel. You will overnight at Orchid
Garden Hotel or Empire Hotel. Your breakfast and lunch are included.
Day 3 >>
You will meet and transfer for city tour. You will visit the Royal
Regalia Building which displays Royal Bruneian artifacts of the
throne, the Brunei Museum, Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin Mosque, Jame'Asr
Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque and see the Istana Nurul Iman. After lunch,
transfer to airport for departure flight to Kota Kinabalu. You
will be transfer to your hotel in Kota Kinabalu. Your breakfast
and lunch are included. |
