The
Watercity, a theme resort project, lies in the prime tourist district
of Ayer Keroh, Melaka. It takes a mere five minutes' drive from
the Ayer Keroh toll, a distance of approximately 6km.
The Chief Minister's Office, Ozana Golf and Country Club, Melaka
Zoo, Recreational Forest, Crocodile Farm, Kota Mas and Jaya Jusco
Shopping Centre and the Pantai Medical Centre lie within the same
stretch, all within less than 3km radius.
Easily accessible by road (car, taxi and bus) to Melaka Watercity
Resort and takes less than an hour from Kuala Lumpur. |

The four apartment blocks
face four separate water fountains in the lake whilst all rooms
overlook the spectacular view of the lake and its surroundings.
There are 322 units of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom fully furnished service
suites equivalent to 922 rooms in the four blocks.
Malacca
Watercity Resort offers 322 luxuriously appointed 1-bedroom studio,
fully-furnished 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments and suites with
separate dining and living areas. All accommodations are lake-facing
and built surrounded by a 3 and half acre clear-water artificial
lake which, itself a 140,000 sq. ft. swimming pool. |
