Pavilion Meeting Room
The Tanjung Rhu Resort's newly built Pavilion Meeting Room specially designed to suit even the most fastidious of needs in an environment between sophistication and Mother Nature's treasure, capable of seating 100 persons in a theatre set up. Equipped with the state-of-art audio and video facilities, the Pavillion Meeting Room is a convenient facility for participants to enhance their 'Convene Experience'.

Multi-nationals and companies that have international links can use full advantage of your meeting time at Tanjung Rhu Resort to convene with your colleagues overseas via our tele-conferencing facilities. Not to worry, our Technology Butler will always be at your beck and call to ensure a smooth conference.

• Internet Centre
  Our Internet Centre will ensure that throughout your stay with us, you have all the services and facilities of your own office on hand. We provide a full range of office and secretarial support.

• Airport Transfer
  Guests can choose to be picked up at the Langkawi International Airport - 30 minutes away by car from the Tanjung Rhu Resort. Guests can choose to be picked up in a chauffeured Daimler, or a coaster, at an additional charge.

• Self-Drive
  If you're feeling adventurous, and want to discover Langkawi on your own, do so in style with our convertible Rovers. Of course, a valid international driving licence is a must. We drive on the left side of the road.

• Shuttle Service to Town
  The distance between the Tanjung Rhu Resort and Langkawi's town centre Kuah, is 28 km. By car, this journey will take about 30 minutes. This shuttle service is available to guests at scheduled times daily.

• Retail and Convenience Items
  Coral Boutique - Full fledged designer boutique offering duty free pricess for luxury and exclusive items.
  SeaShells- The Resort's convenience store, offering everything you need for a holiday in the sun, souvenirs and gifts. Also carries works of our in-house artisans.

• Baby Sitting
  Baby sitting services are available, with prior arrangement, for children up to the age of 12. Our baby sitters are resort employees and are trained and approved to provide this service by the resort management.

From our vantage location near the equator, Tanjung Rhu Resort sees almost the entire celestial sphere. To exploit this and the fact that Langkawi has the clearest skies of West Malaysia, we offer a user-friendly telescope - the revolutionary Meade ETX with its brainy Autostar Computer Controller which will take you on a guided tour of the wondrous night skies over Langkawi.

Above Saffron
A popular spot to pass your time, before dinner, after dinner or at any time of the day. This fun spot is equipped with a pool table, a "foosball" table and a dart board for your leisurely use.

Sunset Pool
Laze under the tropical sun or take a cool long dip.......Relax and enjoy the beautiful vistas of the Andaman Sea at our magnificent, 60 metre fresh water pool and experience the tranquility.

Mangrove River Boat ride
This is an experience not to be missed! Prepare to be enthralled by the haunting beauty of the mangrove - among the country's oldest - at Tanjung Rhu. During a 2-hour boatride into the heart of the mangrove forest, you will be able to see wildlife of birds, small mammals and the diverse flora of the area.

Cave Exploration
Langkawi's limestone caves are geological masterpieces created over millions of years ago and Tanjung Rhu Resort offers guests a chance to get a close-up view of the caves. Explore some of the caves around Tanjung Rhu - each with its very own legend. Some are inhabited by bats while others have interesting and varied wildlife. All you need are binoculars, a torchlight and an adventurous spirit!

Luxury Sunset Cruise
Take a slow cruise around the island on a luxury yacht at sunset and see the eco-system from the water. You can also enjoy a romantic dinner for two on board.

Watersports
As an eco-based resort, Tanjung Rhu Resort only promote environment-friendly activities in its recreational programs. Non-motorised vehicles such as the hydrobike, sea kayaks, windsurfers and the sleek Catamaran G-Cat are utilised. Windsurfing and sailing lessons are also available.

Nature Walks
Short, simple foot-trails or more challenging ones like the Rainforest/Mangrove Forest tours have been designed to expose you to Tanjung Rhu's diverse fauna and flora.
