Terms
& Conditions :
1.
Ticket is non-transferable. The carrier reserves the right to check
if the ticket is utilised by the
rightful people.
2.
Cancellation with less than 7 working days, 50% of fare will be
charged.
No show - 100% of fare will be charged.
3.
Open ticket expires 6 months after date of issue. No refund can
be effected thereafter.
4.
Each person is allowed to carry onboard a cabin baggage not exceeding
10kg. Any weight
exceeding will be charged in accordance with rates levied by the
respective terminal.
5.
The carrier assumes no liability for any personal injury or for
loss, delay or damage to passenger
or baggage on board.
6.
The carrier reserves the right to cancel or vary the services in
any manner whatsoever without
incurring any liability to the ticket holder. Fares & schedules
of services are subject to change
without prior notice at the sole discretion of the carrier.
7.
The carrier reserves the right to impose an administrative fee of
S$10.00 or RM 20.00 per ticket
for any amendment made less than 7 working days before departure.
8.
Check in time is 1 (one) hour prior to departure time. Boarding
and Counter closes 30 minutes
before sailing time. The carrier reserves the right to release unclaimed
confirmed seats to other
passengers.
9.
Smoking is not allowed in the fully air-conditioned cabin of the
vessel.
10.No
animals or pets or merchandise goods and cargo other than the personal
effects are allowed
on board the vessel. Foul smelling items are prohibited on the vessel.
11.Upon
confirmation of reservation, ticket ceases to be an open ticket.
Passenger is required to
sail on the vessel at the time and date specified on the ticket,
failing which the ticket will be null
and void.
12.Passage
for pregnant women will only be permitted before her 24th week (6
months) of
pregnancy.
13.Children
below the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult above
21 years of age.
14.All
passengers shall be subject to the terms & conditions prevailing.
