Extra occupant will chargeable at RM20.00/person up to a maximum

A payment of RM100.00 cash per
apartment is required as CAUTION MONEY upon check-in and is
refundable upon check-out.
Check in time between 3.00pm to
5.00pm
Check out time 12.00noon
(surcharge shall be levied for extension time stay subject to
availability of apartment unit)
Every guest is required to have
their particulars filled in to facilitate movement within the
premises, otherwise they would not be permitted to enter the
compound
No visitors are allowed in after
midnight
Pets & hanging of clothes are
not allowed
