Q. What is the cancel deadline for my booking?
This varies from hotel to hotel. It is stated in the booking confirmation. 



Q. What is the cancel penalty?
The amount varies from one hotel to another. If you make a cancellation that is considered late as per the hotel’s Cancel and Amend Policy, 

you will usually be charged an amount equivalent to one night’s stay for each room booked.

 



Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
All cancellations must be advised to the Reservation Staff who sent you the original confirmation message. All cancellations must be advised

via e-mail or fax before the cancellation deadline given to you, or cancellation charges will apply. If you have not received acknowledgement of your cancellation from us, you are advised to double check, as cancellation/no-show charges will apply. 

 

Please note that we are unable to cancel bookings through the telephone. This is to avoid any misunderstanding relating to 

your booking.



Q. What is the "No Show" penalty?
If no cancellation has been received and you fail to show up at the hotel, NO REFUND is applicable.

 



Q. REFUND

We will refund the amount less bank handling charges of 5% of the total booking value or RM 50.00 minimum charge (whichever is greater) 

provided the cancellation is made before the specified non-cancellation period. With regards to cancellations made within the 

non-cancellation period or any amendment of stay upon check-in, the user will be refunded the amount after less any cancellation and administrative charges. 

 

In the case of short stays (immature stay) after checking-in at the Hotel, the user need to fax or e-mail to the person who sent you the 

original confirmation before you check out to validate your short stay.

 

For special periods like, but not limited to, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Formula 1 period, please note that no refunds are available. Please consult one of our Customer Service Staff for the exact period at each hotel.
